An AT without AT SPIRIT is not a true AT, but only a person who belives that it 's easy to purchase a club call with the
registration fee and a handful of confirmed countries.
ONLY "AT CALL" MUST BE USED ( Rule # 1 ) and all Officials must be 100% AT or resign ( Rule # 2 ).
An AT Member can belong to as a many Groups as they wish, but can' t be an official of such Groups or Clubs.
The Group does not want members who remain in the Group for opportunistic reason such as the call-book and other information special
to the AT Group and its members; it's better that any such Member does not renew.
Any offence is considered intentional and Members can be suspended for one year at first offence.
No Member is allowed to use his AT call for any NON-AT dx-expedition or SES and No Member is allowed to be QSL Manager/Mail Manager
for any NON-AT Member, Dx-expedition or SES. < immediatly liable suspension for one year or expulsion >

A nessun Membro é permesso di utilizzare il proprio call AT per qualsiasi spedizione NON-AT o SES e nessun Membro é autorizzato
a fare da QSL Manager/Mail per qualsiasi NON-AT membro, spedizione o SES. < sospensione per un anno o espulsione é immediata >
